Alex Grinter
Founder & Partner, Capital & Investor Relations
Alex is the founder and a partner of Vexa Capital, responsible for the firm's strategic direction, capital relationships, and transaction oversight. With a background in broking and experience across commercial and complex lending transactions, he has developed a practical understanding of how deals are sourced, structured, and executed in real-world scenarios.
He takes a disciplined, transaction-focused approach, with an emphasis on clarity, realistic structuring, and alignment across all parties from the outset. His view is that strong outcomes are driven by well-understood deals, clear communication, and consistency in execution.
Alex works closely with brokers and lending partners to coordinate private lending transactions, maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure deals progress efficiently and without unnecessary friction.
Costa Georgiou
Partner, Broker Relations & Transactions
Costa is a partner of Vexa Capital and works closely with brokers and advisors to manage deal flow and coordinate transactions across a range of commercial scenarios. With a background in broking and exposure to both standard and more complex transactions, he understands the importance of responsiveness, clear communication, and maintaining momentum throughout the deal lifecycle.
His approach is relationship-driven and execution-focused, with an emphasis on being reliable, direct, and easy to work with. He believes strong broker relationships are built through consistency, transparency, and delivering on expectations.
Costa plays a key role in ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently in collaboration with lending partners, keeping all parties aligned and focused on achieving practical funding outcomes.
