Alex Grinter
Managing Partner | Capital & Investor Relations

Alex is the Founder & Managing Partner of Vexa Capital, responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, capital & investor relationships, transaction structuring, and execution oversight.
With a background in broking and hands-on experience across private lending, commercial finance, and complex property-backed transactions, Alex has developed a practical understanding of how private lending deals are originated, structured, negotiated, and progressed through to settlement.
He brings experience working with brokers, borrowers, and funding partners across time sensitive and non standard scenarios, including business-purpose lending, short-term facilities, refinance transactions, second mortgages, cash-out requirements, and complex borrower profiles.
Alex takes a disciplined and commercially focused approach to private lending, with an emphasis on realistic structuring, clear communication, funding appetite, security position, exit strategy, and alignment between all parties from the outset.
His role is centred on building strong capital relationships, understanding lender and investor appetite, coordinating transaction flow, and ensuring opportunities are presented and progressed in a clear, commercial, and outcome focused manner.

Costa is a partner at Vexa Capital, responsible for broker relations and operations, with a focus on broker engagement, transaction intake, deal coordination, and the operational framework supporting the firm’s private lending activity.
Drawing on a background in broking and practical exposure to commercial finance, private lending, and property-backed transactions, Costa understands how brokers approach scenarios, what information funding partners require, and how opportunities need to be packaged to move efficiently.
Across business-purpose and non-standard funding scenarios, Costa works closely with brokers and referral partners to identify key transaction details, manage communication, and ensure opportunities are presented clearly before being progressed with funding partners.
A relationship-led and process-focused approach underpins his role, with an emphasis on responsiveness, consistency, clear communication, and maintaining momentum throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Within Vexa Capital, Costa plays an important role in building broker relationships, managing deal flow, supporting internal systems and processes, and ensuring each opportunity is handled in a structured, organised, and commercially focused manner.
